The 15 members of the association welcome you and your family to their orchards this autumn. A perfect fall day of family fun awaits you in our unspoiled and uncrowded mountain community of Tehachapi, California!

FALL SEASON 2001

Come to our ranches and farms and discover the taste of tree ripened apples and peaches, grown in a climate perfectly suited to these crops. With more than 20 different varieties maturing throughout the season beginning as early as mid-August, you're bound to make repeat visits right into late November! Additionally, raspberries and cherries are grown at some locations. Pick your own or buy fresh picked, savor the freshly pressed cider, and take home some wonderful apple butter, preserves, baked goods, pumpkins and gifts!


To assist you in finding us, the Tehachapi Growers Association prints an Orchard Trails Map each year. The distinctive Bitten Apple Logo, is posted at each ranch. Look for the Bitten Apple--it's your symbol for farm fresh, tree ripened fruit grown in Tehachapi. We look forward to your visit.
